2/11/11 Problems

Problem 1:
MY SCORE WONT WORK so i changed my Variable from a score to a Timer

Problem 2:
MY TIMER WONT WORK -_-

I tried: replacing it
            looking for answers in the Instruction/Tip sheets
           
Timer still does not work -_- I'm basically DONE I just cant get the timer to work
